Ferrero’s latest palm oil mills and plantations list
As such, we are pleased to share our latest list, reflecting the January-June 2021 period: 2021 . By combining both Ferrero , between January and June 2021 we sourced 99.47% of RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) Certified Segregated palm oil and 0.53% conventional palm oil. Of this total, 99.40 % is traceable back to palm oil plantations.
All mill locations are manually verified using high resolution satellite imagery according to criteria for mill infrastructure, including the presence of buildings, settling ponds, and nearby palm oil plantations. Duplicate mills are identified and removed according to an analysis to identify exact and nearby GPS location duplicates.
